Blueberry Apple Crisp

    I know it is not Fall, but I love making crisps year round!

    I decided to make blueberry apple crisp for an after dinner treat on this long weekend.


    Delicious and bubbly and served with vanilla ice cream on top. So easy to make that I don't even use a recipe any more. And a great way to get my boys to eat more fruit. So good that they wouldn't wait for photos out of the oven.

    Happy August! I find it hard to believe that one month of our summer holiday (and my work break) is over. Hope you have a great week ahead!
